Silver Falls Brewery is a small craft brewery nestled in the beautiful historic town of Silverton, Oregon. Brewing “One Small Batch at a Time” the brewery crafts ales and lagers, keeping true to the traditional styles.
The brewery’s name comes from the nearby Silver Falls State Park which is Oregon’s largest state park, with just over 9000 acres of large forested landscapes, boasted by world class waterfalls, nationally distinguished historic buildings and provides a variety of recreational opportunities for the whole family. Silver Falls Brewery tries to capture the essence and beauty of the park in every pint.
In 2015, founder and brewery, Eric Druliner, ended a 10 year long career in Law Enforcement which gave him the opportunity to finish construction and licensure of the brewery. The brewery utilizes a large shop on Eric’s property that he has converted into a small private production brewery. The brewery only uses a 1 barrel pilot system with 2 barrel fermenters. As the brewery became licensed, Eric quickly learned he was going to need help in the brewery. Eric was honored to have a good friend, Andrew Fox, join the company to assist in management and brewing.
The foundation of a brewery starts with quality craft beer. The community is what makes a brewery successful. Silver Falls Brewery uses the highest quality malts and ingredients available and incorporates local ingredients within the brewing process.
“Our goal is to create a destination that captures the beauty of our small town, Silverton, and the amazing unique features Silver Falls State Park has to offer, all while enjoying a quality craft beer. We want Silver Falls Brewery to be the community’s brewery.”
In January 2016, Eric and Andrew brewed their first commercial batch of beer and realized the adventure had just begun. Cheers to great Oregon craft beer!
